Job Description:

• This position performs various activities for the accounts receivable team. Will be managing customer queries will be responsible to manage end to end customer accounts.

Roles and Responsibility

• Managing end to end customer accounts.
• Handling customer calls and resolve customer queries.

• Responsible for resolving and escalating customer concerns.

• Preparing reports and reviewing and sharing the same with the management.

Skills:

• Excellent in communication written and verbal.
• Fluent in English communication – required.

• Have accounts receivable experience for minimum 2 years

• The candidate will have to work in flexible shifts as the job role requires to cater to multiple locations.
