Associate Director, Operations

Location:-

Mumbai

Skills Required:-

Graduate in any field is mandatory (A business major is desirable)
A minimum of 12 years total experience in fast-paced, scalable B2C operations with atleast 3-4 years of experience in either Airlines/Travel domain
Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate large, high performing B2C teams
Experience in planning and implementing B2C operations
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Significant experience in managing international stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure results
Experience to work in a highly flexible working environment and ability to change business needs quickly
> Experience in managing P&L of the Operations and executing overall business strategy.”
